RESIDENCY OPPORTUNITY- Creative Arts Initiative at University of Buffalo

UB's Creative Arts Initiative provides artists and performers opportunities to take up residencies in Buffalo from as short as a few days up to four months. All fields of creative art are eligible to participate: music, film, plastic arts, visual arts, drama, writing, architecture, and so-called emerging disciplines. Companies and collaborating artists may apply. Both emerging artists and established artists are invited to participate. Residencies provide time and funding to create and present new work, and interact with community members including faculty, students, and Buffalo arts organizations in a variety of ways. The CAI is dedicated to the creation and production of new work upholding the highest artistic standards of excellence while simultaneously fostering a complementary atmosphere of creative investigation and engagement among students, faculty, visiting artists, and the community.
